| What is the term of the franchise ? |
| Little Caesars franchises are issued for ten (10) years and can be renewed for another ten (10) years. Franchises are issued for a specific location |

| How much is the franchise fee ? |
| The initial franchise fee is $20,000 per unit, and $15,000 per unit thereafter. |

| What is the royalty fee? |
| The royalty fee is six (6%) percent of sales. |

| What are the hours of operation? |
| Typically, our stores open at 11:00am and close at 11:00pm. Some stores are open later depending upon the market. |

| How much money can an owner/operator earn? |
| Although we do not provide the standard "proformas," the financial circumstances, goals and financing arrangements will vary from person to person. However, to assist you in your decision making process, we encourage you to contact and speak with many of our franchisees to obtain further insight in our franchise program. |

| What if I have no food experience? |
| Prior food experience is helpful, but not essential. Little Caesars offers an extensive six (6) week training program, covering all the basics of operating a restaurant.

| Yes. Little Caesars would need a complete application package for each member of your potential franchise group, including investors. |
