• Free-standing buildings or multi-unit tenant pad sites with high visibility 
• In-line or end-units in active community or neighbourhood centres, preferably supermarket anchored 
• Drive thru opportunity 
• Easy ingress and egress 
• Minimum of 10 parking spaces for Little Caesars’ use 
• Demographics include a high percentage of young families 
• Site must allow Little Caesars to utilize its National Sign package and pylon signs 
• Approximately 1,000 to 1,300 square feet 
• Minimum of 18 feet of frontage, full-height glass storefront 
• Natural gas/propane/or adequate electrical service 
• 200 - 400 amp three phase electrical service (400 amp if natural gas or propane is unavailable) 
• 10 ton HVAC with diffusers and ductwork 
• Restrooms to code
